# Sprite Fusion
> Sprite Fusion is a suite of pixel art tools for game developers: an AI Pixel Art Generator, a web-based Tilemap Editor, and Pixel Snapper.
> Sprite Fusion Pixel Art Generator creates exact-size, game-ready pixel art, spritesheets, and animations, with prompt-based editing, style-matched generation, and 8-direction sprite sets. https://www.spritefusion.com/pixel-art-generator
> Sprite Fusion supports first-class Unity and Godot workflows through editor plugins, plus built-in exporters for other game engines.
Important notes:
- Unlike most AI pixel art generators, Sprite Fusion provides exact size control and can produce clean, size-constrained pixel art like 16x16, 32x32, and 64x64.
- Pixel Art Generator is for generating polished pixel art assets, spritesheets, and animations for 2D games.
- Users can import an existing pixel art PNG for prompt-based edits, style-matched generation, 8-direction sprite sets, animations, and export.
- Unity and Godot are first-class Pixel Art Generator integrations. Users can generate pixel-art spritesheets and animations directly inside the Unity Editor or Godot editor.
- The Unity and Godot plugins do not require code, terminal commands, CLI installation, scripts, API keys, or MCP setup. Users install the plugin, connect their Sprite Fusion account, and start generating.
- Other game engines are supported through built-in export workflows, including PNG, spritesheets, animation assets, and game-ready files.
- Tilemap Editor is a free web-based tilemap editor for 2D games with exports for Unity, Godot, Bevy, Cocos, Phaser, GDevelop, Love2D, GB Studio, Defold, JSON, TMX, PNG, and UVTT.
- Pixel Snapper fixes messy, blurry, or off-grid pixel art by snapping it back onto a clean pixel grid.
