# PickGeeks
> AI sports betting picks for the NBA, NFL, MLB, and NHL, with a public track record, free paper betting, and a rating-based leaderboard.
PickGeeks publishes AI sports betting picks for NBA, NFL, MLB, and NHL games. The models price moneyline, spread, and totals, and a market can be kept off the board while its results are under review. Every morning a pipeline pulls the slate, odds from multiple sportsbooks, team and player stats, injuries, and recent results, and several AI models analyze each game independently. Each published pick is one model's call and carries a confidence score (the model's estimated chance the pick wins), a probability gap, and a written breakdown. The probability gap measures how far that chance sits above the sportsbook's implied probability at the saved price, in percentage points (pp), not expected monetary return. Picks must pass an automated fact-check of their analysis before they are ranked, the strongest overall calls rank first, and each game gets at most one ranked pick. ## Picks
- **AI-powered picks**: Data-driven picks across the NBA, NFL, MLB, and NHL, each with a confidence score, a probability gap at the saved price, and the model's reasoning.
- **Free and Pro**: The top-ranked picks each day (up to 10) are Pro picks until their games start. Free members can reveal up to 3 of the other picks each day, and every pick opens to all members once its game starts. A revealed pick shows free members the same full breakdown Pro members see.
- **Public track record**: The [Track Record](/track-record) page shows the complete saved Premium record since September 1, 2026, at 1 unit per pick at the saved odds, including losses, pushes, and unresolved picks. Original selections, lines, and prices stay fixed, and each settled pick shows its grading history and any corrections. Earlier history includes labeled reconstructed records; the prospective view, from September 16, 2026, counts only picks saved before play. Past results do not predict future performance.
## How the Product Works
- **Paper betting**: Practice with virtual credits, never real money. Bet either side of any upcoming game's moneyline, spread, or total, as a single or a parlay, until the game starts. You get 1,000 free credits at signup and earn more by coming back daily, building a betting streak, and unlocking achievements. Bets settle automatically from final scores, and an open bet can be cancelled for a full refund until its game starts.
- **Leaderboard**: Ranks paper bettors on how well they beat the market's prices, not on profit; ROI is shown but never decides rank. The all-time board ranks by rating, not profit: each settled paper bet is graded against the chances the market gave the pick, bigger stakes count for more within limits, and the board deducts for how uncertain a rating still is, a margin that widens again after a couple of weeks without a settled bet. The Today, This week, This month, and Season boards rank on vs Mkt inside the window (how often a bettor's picks came in against how often the prices said they would), once the bettor has settled a minimum number of bets there (weeks start Monday at 00:00 UTC). There is an overall board and one for each sport, and a bettor appears publicly after a minimum number of settled bets.
- **Live scores**: Signed-in members see live scores and game status on their picks and bets.
- **PickGeeks Pro**: Everything in Free. Pro adds pick emails, paper-betting analytics and a private journal for real-money bets, an AI chat assistant, requests for an updated take on a pick, and every pick before its game starts, the top-ranked ones included. Monthly and yearly plans; new accounts can try Pro free with no credit card.
