> Coreties: shipper lead generation for freight forwarders and container carriers, built on customs and bill-of-lading records.
Coreties is shipper lead generation software for freight forwarders and container carriers. It reads customs declarations and bills of lading from 20 reporting countries across the Americas and South and Southeast Asia, matches each record to a real company, and sees the trade partners on the other side of each record. A sales rep picks the lanes they sell and gets the importers and exporters shipping on them, a sourced reason to reach out to each one, a verified contact at the right office and a first message to approve. Coreties is built for logistics sales teams, not for importers looking for suppliers. It is made by Coreties Technology Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.
Sales Navigator and Apollo find people but don't see shipments. Trade data tools show shipments but stop at the record. Coreties starts from the shipments on your lanes and ends at a first message.
## Who it is for
- Freight forwarders and NVOCCs: owners, branch managers, sales managers and sales reps who want new shippers on the lanes they sell.
- Container carrier sales teams looking for cargo owners (BCOs) on a lane, port pair or commodity.
## Who it is not for
- Importers looking for suppliers.
- Customs brokers and courier teams.
- Teams whose lanes touch none of the reporting countries, such as China to Europe or intra-EU.

## Data
Coreties uses customs declarations and bills of lading from 20 reporting countries: the United States, Mexico and other Latin American countries, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and the Philippines. Every record is matched to a real company. Where the records name the partner abroad, that company shows up too, for example a German exporter shipping to the US. In the last 12 months that is ocean shipments touching 230+ countries and 2,900+ trade lanes, with 160M+ ocean records (as of 7 October 2026). US import records update daily. Other countries arrive weeks to months after the cargo moves. Lanes that touch none of the reporting countries, such as China to Europe or intra-EU, are not covered. There are no air records for the United States, Mexico or Bangladesh, and no land data. The forwarder or NVOCC is named only on part of the US import records, so Coreties does not show which forwarder a shipper uses in general. Leads export to Excel.
- [Importer database](https://www.coreties.com/data/importers): who imports on your lanes, what they buy, where it comes from and how often it arrives.
- [Exporter database](https://www.coreties.com/data/exporters): export records read at origin in India, Vietnam, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Mexico and Latin America, so you find the exporter and every market it ships to.
- [Latin America trade data](https://www.coreties.com/data/latin-america): customs records from Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Costa Rica and Panama.
## Pricing
Plans are subscriptions per team, with one shared credit allowance. You start with a demo on your lanes, then a trial. Searching is included. Your plan's credits cover contacts, Supply Chain Analysis and drafted messages.
