# Booka
Credentialing infrastructure for regulated professions. Booka verifies who a
professional is, what they are qualified to do, and whether that qualification
holds in the destination country.
Booka is sold to ORGANISATIONS — hospitals, universities, professional bodies,
governments, HR and staffing firms, agencies and law practices — that run the
hiring, recognition, verification and visas of their people through the Booka
portal, under their own brand. The professional-facing surface
(/profesionales, /tramites, /desde, /destinos) is the candidate's own
front end of that same portal, not a separate product.
Site languages: Spanish (/es), English (/en), Arabic (/ar). Not every page
exists in all three; the tools below are published only in the languages where
there is real demand, and each page declares its own hreflang.

## Offices in origin: moving to Spain from Colombia and Ecuador (ES)
Booka is a Spanish company (head office: C. de Almagro 5, Madrid) with its own
team in Bogotá and an office in Ecuador that takes in-person appointments. These
two pages gather, for someone who still lives in Colombia or Ecuador and wants to
live and work in Spain: degree recognition, the entry authorisation applied for
at the Spanish consulate (work, study, EU Blue Card, digital nomad, non-lucrative,
family), the procedures that follow once in Spain (up to Spanish citizenship,
which Ibero-American nationals can request after 2 years of legal residence),
and the documents that must be obtained in the country of origin (apostille,
criminal record certificate, SENESCYT registration). Prices are the published

### Hiring (ES, EN, AR)
An organisation publishes its vacancies and searches among professionals whose
recognition file is already under way. Each vacancy declares two things nobody
else declares: whether the employer sponsors the visa, and whether it accepts a
degree that is not recognised yet. Applications arrive carrying each
candidate's recognition and visa status, which is what decides whether they can
join and when.
We publish no timelines for finding work: the platform does not calculate
them, and the employer decides who is hired.

### Legal status — Spain immigration procedures (ES, EN; hub also in AR)
Thirteen Spanish immigration procedures with a fixed, published price. The
figure on each page is read live from the Booka portal catalogue — the same
system that charges it — so the price cited is the price paid. Each page
lists the complete document checklist, the official government fee (tasa)
that is NOT included, and the stages of the file. Each page also names its
official source — the ministry information sheet, the article of the
Immigration Regulation (RD 1155/2024) or the law it rests on — and links to
it on boe.es, inclusion.gob.es or mjusticia.gob.es. English versions of every
page live under /en/ at the same path. The Arabic block hub exists and links
the Spanish pages; the procedure pages themselves are not translated, because
legal text translated without review is worse than not translated.
