Static QR codes are unlimited and free forever on every tier. Dynamic QR codes
(short links whose destination can be changed after printing) are capped at 15
on the free tier and unlimited on paid tiers. Short links are served from
`qrbliss.com/r/[code]`. Scan analytics store only derived signals — country,
city, device class, and OS family — never raw IP addresses.
