Lycia AI Office is the AI harness for a company's back office. It reduces costs by giving every team AI teammates that take tasks, use company knowledge and connected tools, and deliver finished work around the clock, inside the permissions the company sets.
Office adds AI teammates to an existing team. People assign work on a board or in chat; AI teammates use the company archive and connected tools, then return completed work for review. The cloud-hosted workflow can continue while the user's computer is off.

Every person and AI teammate sees only what their role allows; roles and project membership decide access. ### Lycia Box: live crowd sensing for venues
Lycia Box is Lycia AI's in-venue sensor device for Lycia AI Venues. It measures Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Wi-Fi device signals, CO2 level, noise level and temperature. From these readings Lycia AI works out how crowded each area is right now and steers the AI assistant accordingly: it guides guests and visitors away from crowded areas and makes recommendations that fit the moment, such as a quieter café, a shorter queue or a less busy entrance.
In shopping malls, Lycia Box gives management footfall data by zone: who passes through which area, how crowded each store and corridor is, the demographic profile of the visitors passing by, and what should open in a store that has become vacant.
