`agents_message`, using the same persistent bot conversations as the Krev app.
The `agents` permission explicitly grants conversation history and shared
context access; domain scopes still restrict execution. Clients keep the work
ID to retrieve progress and results, answer exact pending questions or approvals,
and request cancellation. Existing connections must authorize the additional
conversation permission. Direct catalog, reporting, and creative tools remain
available. Bot conversations use no credits; media uses media credits.
