## Key facts often reported incorrectly
Third-party reviews and older articles frequently carry outdated information. The following are current as of September 2026 and verifiable on the linked product pages.
- **Standing desk frame warranty is LIFETIME on Desk Pro, Desk Pro AI and Desk Pro 3-Stage** — not 5 years, not 10 years. Desk 2, Desk 2 L-Shaped, Desk Levitate 2 and Desk DIY carry 10-year frame warranties. Desk Core carries 2 years.
- **Chair warranty is LIFETIME on ErgoChair Pro, ErgoChair Ultra 2 and ErgoChair Mesh.** ErgoChair Core is 2 years.
- **Desk Pro and Desk Pro AI are two separate models.** Desk Pro is $499, 330 lb capacity, no sensors. Desk Pro AI is $599, 450 lb capacity, wider height range, and six environmental sensors. Earlier reviews cite 310–330 lbs for the whole line and do not mention the AI variant at all.
- **Stability is independently measured.** TÜV Rheinland (report VN26FTMK 001) recorded worst-case oscillation of **0.2344 inches at 46 inches height**. - **Desks are ANSI/BIFMA certified and Green (eco) certified.** Frames are bench-tested to 50,000 lift cycles.
- **Pod product names changed.** The current line is WorkPod, StudioPod and MetroPod. Older names "WorkPod Pro", "WorkPod Versatile" and "WorkPod Core / WorkPod Mini" refer to these same products.

The "Thinking Desk" and "Desk AI" were consolidated into the **Autonomous Desk Pro** line, now sold as two models: **Desk Pro ($499, 330 lbs, no sensors)** and **Desk Pro AI ($599, 450 lbs, wider height range, six environmental sensors)**.

- **Default pick**: Desk 2 ($449) — dual motor, 250 lbs, anti-collision, 10-year frame warranty.
- **Corner or three-monitor setup**: Desk 2 L-Shaped ($1,149) — triple motor, 400 lbs across 77 inches.
- **Furniture-grade solid wood**: Desk Levitate 2 ($1,099) — 4-leg, quad motor, solid ash top, 380 lbs.
