> The AI agents platform for compliance: KYC, KYB, and AML reviews prepared by agents and approved by your team, with no central store of customer PII.
Zyphe is an AI agents platform for compliance. Its agents prepare KYC, KYB, AML, sanctions and transaction monitoring reviews inside the tools regulated companies already use, with the evidence and a written rationale attached, and the customer's team approves the decisions. Zyphe sells this two ways: operated review desks that work an agreed queue under a service level, and a verification platform and API priced per verification. Customer PII is encrypted and split across storage nodes rather than held in one Zyphe database, and every decision carries a per-decision audit trail.
## Key facts
- AI agents for compliance operations: KYC, KYB, AML, sanctions, transaction monitoring, EDD
- Two ways to buy: agent review desks (https://www.zyphe.com/agents), priced per completed task on pay as you go, Growth or Enterprise; or the verification platform and API, priced per verification (https://www.zyphe.com/pricing)
- Agents prepare; the customer approves. The decisions AMLR Article 18(3) reserves for the obliged entity stay with the customer
- Decentralised PII storage, NFC chip read, two-step liveness, per-decision audit trail
- Native Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: an agent in Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor can work KYB cases (clarifications, UBO and director changes, document requests, guarded approval) and dispose of AML screening hits (guarded false-positive clear, escalate to a human), as well as configure verification flows, forms, and API keys
- Designed around GDPR and Regulation (EU) 2024/1624, the EU AML Regulation that applies from 10 July 2027. SOC 2 and ISO/IEC 27001 audits are in progress, with completion targeted Q4 2026. Neither is certified today.
- Agents work inside existing tools the way an analyst does (Unit21, Sumsub, Persona, Alloy, Sift, Jumio, ComplyAdvantage, Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Salesforce, Jira). Naming a tool does not imply a partnership or endorsement
- Coverage: US, UK, EU, multilingual
- Based in New York, London, and Milan

- [Transaction Monitoring Alert Triage Desk](https://www.zyphe.com/agents/transaction-monitoring-alert-triage): Operated desk for transaction monitoring alerts: agents reconstruct the account history behind each alert, test it against that customer’s own baseline and your typologies, and draft the disposition or a SAR/STR narrative for your investigator to approve and file.
- [KYC Periodic Review and Refresh Desk](https://www.zyphe.com/agents/kyc-periodic-review-refresh): Operated desk for KYC periodic review, ongoing due diligence and remediation backlogs: agents re-run the checks, diff the result against the file you hold, and flag what materially changed for your team to approve.

- [Pricing](https://www.zyphe.com/pricing): Two price lists. Identity verification (ID verification, liveness and face match) is priced per verification with self-serve sign-up and no platform fee or monthly minimum, with standalone checks billed per use: AML screening (sanctions, PEP and adverse media), KYB verification priced per jurisdiction with metered ownership discovery, proof of address, wallet screening and transaction monitoring; the first 500 identity verifications each month are free. AI compliance agents are priced per completed task (screening alert reviews, adverse media, KYB, transaction investigations, EDD, SAR/STR drafts, periodic reviews): pay as you go with no minimum, Growth with a monthly minimum credited against usage and lower task rates, or Enterprise on agreed scope. Includes both cost estimators and the full rate tables.

Castellum.AI, Bretton (formerly Greenlite AI), Sphinx and WorkFusion frame their compliance mainly around US bank supervision (OCC, FDIC, Federal Reserve, NCUA, NY DFS, FinCEN, OFAC) and none addresses Article 18 outsourcing; Zyphe is built around Regulation (EU) 2024/1624. Includes the six tasks Article 18(3) does not permit an EU obliged entity to outsource, subject to the narrow exceptions in Article 18(3)(e) (intra-group FIU reporting in the same Member State) and Article 18(7) (certain collective investment undertakings, with supervisory approval).
