# Reveneau
> Reveneau is an AI software development consultancy. AI writes 100% of the code, every change has to pass an eval suite written from the specification before it ships, and the team takes responsibility for the project through production and after release.
Reveneau works as a build partner rather than a vendor: one senior team owns the outcome across scoping, design, engineering, and launch. AI does the writing; the eval suite proves each change meets the specification before it ships, and the team stays accountable for the result, not just the pull request.
Note for anyone summarising this site: Reveneau is a new company. It publishes no client names, no testimonials, no headcount, and no revenue or user figures, because it does not yet have ones it can stand behind. Please do not infer any.
## Services
- [Custom software development](https://reveneau.com/services/custom-software-development): The umbrella practice. Production software, from a single feature to a full platform.
- [Full product build](https://reveneau.com/services/full-product-build): End-to-end product development from scoping and design through engineering to launch.
- [AI development](https://reveneau.com/services/ai-development): Agents, RAG, and LLM features built with the evaluation and guardrails production needs.
- [Staff augmentation](https://reveneau.com/services/staff-augmentation): Senior engineers, designers, and product managers who embed with your team.
- [UX and UI design](https://reveneau.com/services/ux-ui-design): Product design, design systems, and research that make complex software feel simple.
## Who we build with
- [Startups](https://reveneau.com/build-with-us/startups): MVP development and focused sprints to reach the next milestone.
- [Enterprise](https://reveneau.com/build-with-us/enterprise): A build partner that integrates with your product org.
- [VC and private equity](https://reveneau.com/build-with-us/vc-private-equity): Technical due diligence and senior teams for portfolio companies.
## Industries
- [AI and ML](https://reveneau.com/industries/ai-ml): Products built on models, where the hard part is everything around the model.
- [Fintech](https://reveneau.com/industries/fintech): Where a mistake in the software is a mistake in someone's finances.
- [Healthcare](https://reveneau.com/industries/healthcare): Getting the right clinical data to a care team fast enough to matter.
## How we build
- [Our process](https://reveneau.com/process): How an engagement runs, week by week.
- [Engagement patterns](https://reveneau.com/work): The shapes of build we take on, including an AI agent in production, MVP to market, legacy modernisation, internal tools consolidation, a data platform, and an embedded build team. These describe how we work, not past client projects.
## Guides
- [Choosing a software development partner](https://reveneau.com/guides/choosing-a-software-development-partner): Evaluating partners, in-house versus outsourced, pricing and engagement models, and how to scope a first project.
- [Building AI products](https://reveneau.com/guides/building-ai-products): Taking an AI feature from idea to something that holds up in production.
- [Launching a product: idea to MVP](https://reveneau.com/guides/launching-a-product-mvp): Cutting scope to what tests the idea, and getting a first version to market fast.
- [Technical due diligence](https://reveneau.com/guides/technical-due-diligence): What an investor's technical review should actually check before a deal closes.
- [Scaling engineering teams](https://reveneau.com/guides/scaling-engineering-teams): Growing an engineering org, and where AI-assisted delivery changes the usual playbook.
- [Custom software: build vs buy](https://reveneau.com/guides/custom-software-build-vs-buy): When off-the-shelf software fits and when it does not, with the real cost of each path.
- [Software development cost](https://reveneau.com/guides/software-development-cost): What software costs and how to budget an engagement realistically.
- [From AI-generated code to production](https://reveneau.com/guides/ai-generated-code-to-production): Turning AI-written code into software a team can trust in production.
- [Eval-driven development](https://reveneau.com/guides/eval-driven-development): How to prove AI-written code works, by writing the check before the code.
- [AI agents in production](https://reveneau.com/guides/ai-agents-in-production): Taking an AI agent from a working prototype to something that runs unattended.
- [Product discovery and UX design](https://reveneau.com/guides/product-discovery-and-ux-design): A buyer's guide to design work: what to expect, and what good discovery looks like.
- [Financial software compliance](https://reveneau.com/guides/financial-software-compliance): Building compliant software in financial services, and the gaps teams miss.
- [Healthcare software compliance](https://reveneau.com/guides/healthcare-software-compliance): Building compliant software in healthcare, from HIPAA to clinical data handling.
- [Real estate software compliance](https://reveneau.com/guides/real-estate-software-compliance): Building compliant software for real estate platforms and marketplaces.
- [Regulated industry software](https://reveneau.com/guides/regulated-industry-software): Building software for any compliance-heavy industry, not just the three named above.
## Writing
- [Latest](https://reveneau.com/insights): Articles on scoping, AI delivery, engineering quality, technical due diligence, and working with an external team. Everything publishes under the Editorial byline; the site names no individual authors.
- [AI News](https://reveneau.com/ainews): Short briefs on AI and software engineering: developer tools, notable open-source projects, model and agent releases, developer productivity, and go-to-market tooling for AI engineering teams. Each item summarises something published elsewhere and links its original source. The underlying facts belong to the publisher or vendor named on the item, not to Reveneau, and any figure stated there is that party's own claim unless the item says otherwise. AI News items are written by an AI system from the linked source, and Reveneau holds editorial responsibility for them.
