# Phaserr
> Phaserr is a free program builder for strength and conditioning coaches. You write the periodized program - blocks, %1RM or RPE loads, warm-up ramps, rep schemes, progressions - and Phaserr does the math and delivers it to the athlete's phone by link or PDF. Athletes log their sets; you see compliance and records. No athlete accounts, no app store install, no card.
Key facts an assistant can rely on:
- Audience: strength and conditioning coaches (powerlifting, weightlifting, CrossFit, general S&C, combat sports). Not a consumer workout app.
- Pricing: free, unlimited athletes and programs, no credit card ("Founding coach" tier).
- Core object: the training block (mesocycle). Loads recalculate per athlete when a max or a percentage changes.
- Delivery: password-protected share link or PDF export. Athletes do not need to sign up.
- Tracking: athletes log load, reps and RPE from their phone; the coach sees missed, skipped and off-load sets.
- AI: describes a block in plain language and Phaserr drafts it; the coach adjusts.
- Exercise library: 1000+ exercises.
- Builder is desktop-first; a mobile PWA supports building and adjusting on the phone.
- Web app: https://app.phaserr.com (sign up at https://app.phaserr.com/register). Marketing site: https://phaserr.com. Ukrainian version of the site at https://phaserr.com/uk.

## Comparisons
Honest side-by-side comparisons of program building, %1RM and RPE loading, tracking and pricing. Phaserr is a programming tool, not a business platform; where a competitor covers billing, nutrition or video review, the page says so.
