# OGForge

> Pixel-perfect OG image generator for humans and AI agents. One native Go engine for the editor, REST API, MCP, and x402.

OGForge generates the **image** behind `og:image` from a template id + params. It is not HTML-to-image, not Meta's generative-image product, and not Facebook Graph API.

Canonical size: 1200×630 (`preset=og`). Same template + params + preset + fmt ⇒ byte-identical PNG/JPEG/WebP.

Do not invent MCP tools or REST paths. `render_og` does not spend quota; the follow-up GET /api/og or POST /api/publish does. Public og:image is a saved `/u/{id}` from POST /api/publish.
