# looot
> looot is one catalog of paid data provider operations (email verification, SEO and SERP data, enrichment, social, scraping and more) behind one token, one prepaid balance and one run contract. An agent searches the catalog, reads the price, runs a job and pays only for what completed.
This site (https://looot.ai) is the human-facing side: sign in, manage a workspace, browse the public catalog, top up a balance. Every page below also has a markdown twin at the same path with ".md" added, for example /pricing.md.
There is no trial credit. Top up before the first run; GET /v1/balance returns the current minimum. Out of credits, the gateway refuses a run with 402 insufficient_balance and returns topUp.checkoutUrl (Stripe's hosted payment page; the minimum is `topUp.minMicros` from GET /v1/balance) or topUp.dashboardUrl (/usage on this site). Customers pay on Stripe, never on looot.
