> Koffeelab is a coffee journal for people who already count the grams. Log every brew with the numbers that actually change the taste (dose, grind, time, temperature, ratio and yield), attach a photo or a video of the pour, and stop making the same bad cup twice. What sets it apart from a notes app is that your beans, grinder and machine are saved once and reused on every brew, so the app can hand back the settings that worked last time.
Typical workflow: pick a brew method (espresso, filter, pour over, French press or moka pot), type in the numbers, and save. Beans, grinder and machine live on a reusable shelf, so returning to a bag you already dialed in pre-fills what worked before. Brews can be tagged to a location, which fills in a personal brew map over time, and can be shared publicly so they show up in the feeds of people who follow you. A stats tab turns the history into numbers: a year of brewing on a day grid, counts per week, month and year, the share of each brew method, the bean and setup used most, the typical brew and the highest rated one. The app is free to use. New accounts get 14 days of Koffeelab Pro free, with no purchase. After that, Pro is an optional monthly or yearly subscription ($2.99 or $23.99, 2 weeks free when you subscribe) that adds up to 5 photos and a video per brew, more gear illustrations, stats over the whole history and a Pro badge next to your name. The app is on the App Store for iPhone. This site is the marketing site for the Koffeelab mobile app: it covers positioning, the App Store link, the blog and the legal terms. The app itself is where brews are logged.
