> INSPEC is a contactless lucid dreaming device made by lucidcode. A
bedside infrared camera uses machine vision to detect REM sleep from eye movements and
delivers audio, light, and vibration cues during the dream. Pairs with the free Lucid Scribe
app for REM-detection-based induction techniques (TLR, SSILD, TDI, FILD, MILD, WBTB) and sleep
tracking.
