One KU is one minute of meeting turned into structured knowledge; an item is 5 KU, an AI answer 10 KU; MCP reads are free up to 10,000 per user a month, pooled. Every user who logs in has a seat; AI agents need none. Extra KU: automatic top-ups of 1,000 KU for €250 with an admin cap; no overage rate.
