# DoneCut
> Online video editing service for YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels and TikToks. Customers upload raw footage, see an exact price instantly, pay 50% to start, watch the edit progress live, review a watermarked preview with two rounds of changes, and pay the rest to download the clean file. Edits are made by an AI editor working with professional editing tools; edits that fail its own quality checks are reviewed by a person.
## Prices (USD)

## How it works
1. Drop your footage: Upload the raw files from your computer. Your price appears as soon as we've read how long they are.
2. Pay half: A 50% deposit starts the edit. You get a private order page with a live progress bar and a time estimate.
3. Watch the preview: The finished edit arrives with a watermark. Ask for changes up to two times and we re-cut it.
4. Pay the rest, download: Happy with it? Pay the other half and the clean, full-quality file unlocks instantly.
## Limits and policies
- Up to 60 minutes of footage, 25 files and 25 GB per order.
- Editing times in our test orders and sample edits so far (no paid-order data yet): 16–82 minutes once an edit starts; a live estimate is shown before paying.
- Customers keep all rights. Raw footage is deleted 30 days after delivery and is never used to train AI.

## FAQ
### How much does it cost to edit a YouTube video?
$49 for up to 10 minutes of raw footage, then $3 for each extra minute. For example, 20 minutes of footage costs $79. You see the exact price as soon as your files are added, before you pay anything.
### How much does it cost to edit Shorts, Reels or TikToks?
$29 for one, $25 each for 2–5, $22 each for 6–11 and $19 each for 12 or more. Each short is up to 90 seconds and includes up to 5 minutes of raw footage; extra footage is $3 a minute.
### How long does an edit take?
You see a live estimate before you pay, based on the real queue. Once an edit starts, our test orders and sample edits so far have taken between 16 minutes and about 1.5 hours of editing, depending on how much footage there is. Your order page updates as it goes.
### Who actually edits my video?
An AI editor working with professional editing tools. It cuts your footage, times the captions, builds the graphics and mixes the sound, then checks its own work against your notes before you see anything. An edit that doesn't pass those checks goes to a person first.
### What if I don't like the edit?
You've only paid half at that point. Two rounds of changes are included: point at the moment, say what to change, and a new preview comes back. If we can't deliver an edit at all, your deposit is refunded.
### What should I upload?
Your raw footage, plus anything that helps: music, your logo, reference images or a PDF storyboard. Only the video footage is priced; everything else is free to add. Write what you want in the notes box, in your own words.
### What files and sizes can I upload?
MP4, MOV, MKV, WAV, MP3, JPG, PNG, PDF and most other common formats. Up to 25 files and 25 GB per order, 10 GB per file, and up to 60 minutes of footage.
### Can it match my style every time?
Yes. Sign in and save your logo, brand colors, caption style and standing instructions once. Every edit after that also studies the edits you already approved, so new videos look like your channel.
### Do I keep the rights to my video?
Yes. Your footage stays yours, and the finished video is yours once it's paid for in full. We use your files only to make your edit, never to train AI, and delete the raw footage 30 days after delivery.
### Why is there a watermark on the preview?
So you can watch the complete edit before paying the second half. The clean, full-quality file unlocks the moment you approve and pay.
