# Corsair
> The open-source integration layer for AI agents. Manage OAuth, API keys, permissions, webhooks, and tool execution securely via a hosted platform or self-hosted SDK.
## Overview
Corsair acts as a secure intermediary between your AI agents and external APIs. Instead of exposing raw API keys or credentials to LLMs, Corsair handles authentication, scopes permissions, and runs tool actions safely.
### Key Features
- **Multi-Tenant Scoped Credentials**: Isolate API keys, OAuth tokens, and configurations per tenant/organization.
- **Granular Permissions & Approvals**: Set policies (open, cautious, strict, readonly) and intercept write/destructive actions for manual user approval.
- **Universal MCP Server**: Serve tool descriptions and execute actions dynamically via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- **Signature-Verified Webhooks**: Standardized, signature-verified webhook endpoints for all integrated plugins.
- **Studio UI**: A developer dashboard to monitor execution, manage keys, configure permissions, and test tools.
