# Doozy
> Doozy is an AI coworker that lives in Slack. Teammates mention @Doozy in a thread with a real task, the way they'd ask a colleague, and Doozy does the work in the business's own tools, then posts the result back in the thread with every step on the record.
Doozy is for support, success and operations leads at small and mid-sized businesses, and the teams around them. A non-technical lead sets it up without an engineer: add it to Slack, connect the tools it may use, and start asking.
- Where it works: Slack only. Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp are not available.
- What it connects to: GitHub, Sentry, Supabase, Vercel, Asana, Jira and Confluence, Linear, Notion, PostHog, Stripe, HubSpot, Intercom, WooCommerce, Postgres, Zapier, The web, and any other MCP server a workspace adds.
- What it does: answers questions from your data, writes reports, sheets and charts, files tickets, opens pull requests, drafts replies, tidies the CRM, and runs recurring jobs on a schedule set in plain words.
- Safety: every request runs in its own sandbox and credentials stay outside it. Tools that delete or overwrite start switched off. On GitHub it opens pull requests but can't merge them or push to the main branch. It does not stop for approval before acting; admins choose what it can reach.
- Memory and Skills: it remembers facts about the business and follows written ways of working (Skills) the team gives it.
