TouchGrass is a native macOS menu bar app (macOS 14+, Universal Binary) that provides intelligent break reminders. It detects meetings, media playback, and idle time to avoid interrupting you at the wrong moment. All data is processed locally — no analytics, no tracking, no Accessibility permissions required.

Currently in beta with free lifetime licenses available.
