# Screenify Studio
> macOS screen recorder and device mockup studio. Turn a rough capture — or any video or image you already have — into a polished product demo: cinematic camera moves, auto-zoom, photoreal device frames, and on-device AI captions.
Screenify Studio covers the whole path from capture to finished video in one native Mac app. Record the screen, a window, several windows at once, an iOS Simulator, or a real iPhone over USB — or skip recording entirely and open a video or image you already have. Then stage it: flat photoreal device frames, 3D device stages with real lighting and lens controls, two or three devices in one scene, a clean browser window, or the whole thing set inside one of 52 real photographs, with a camera that pans and pushes across it. Layers stack, so a browser window can sit inside a MacBook, inside a photo. Polish with auto-zoom, cinematic camera moves, depth-of-field, callouts, masks, and captions, then export up to 4K with Metal acceleration. Captions, background removal, and AI voiceover run on your Mac — nothing uploaded.

## CLI & Agent Automation
Screenify ships a command-line tool (`screenify`) designed to be driven by AI agents, scripts, and CI — not just typed by hand. Every command speaks JSON and the tool describes itself at runtime, so an agent can discover commands and chain steps reliably.
- [Command Line](https://www.screenify.studio/docs/cli): Record, turn any URL into a polished demo, and add cinematic effects from a single JSON-speaking command
- [For Agents & CI](https://www.screenify.studio/docs/cli/for-agents): How to drive screenify from Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and other agents
- [AI Director](https://www.screenify.studio/docs/cli/ai-director): Let an AI direct a web demo in plain language
Agents: run `screenify guide --json` for the full, always-current capability and schema manifest — that single command is enough to learn every command and option.
