# ReviewMix
> ReviewMix helps small local businesses — clinics, dental practices, salons, auto services, restaurants, trades — and the agencies that run their websites get more Google reviews and show them on their websites. EU-hosted, consent-aware, with a free tier. Operated by Maven Advertising SRL, Iași, Romania.
ReviewMix is a focused utility, not a platform: no video testimonials, no surveys, no NPS. Every claim below maps to a shipped mechanism.
## What it does
- Google review QR codes and review links that open Google's write-a-review box directly (basic QR codes and links are free)
- Printable kit (Pro+): counter cards, table tents, sticker sheets, window decals, receipt inserts, bare QR — SVG, PNG and vector PDF, branded with the business's logo and colour
- One inbox for Google reviews across locations, with answered/unanswered tabs and replies posted to the Google Business Profile from the dashboard (paid plans)
- Customer testimonial collection via a shareable link — submitters need no account, with per-field consent records and self-service view, edit, withdraw, export and erase from a tokenised link
- An embeddable widget showing Google reviews and testimonials together (grid, list, marquee; light, dark and auto themes) installed with one line of JavaScript, or as a cookie-free server-rendered HTML fragment; works on WordPress or any site that takes an HTML block
- Consent-manager aware: detects Cookiebot, Usercentrics, Iubenda, OneTrust, Complianz, CookieYes, consent.studio and Google Consent Mode v2, with a cookie-free fallback

- Studio — €69 (€57.50/month billed annually): everything in Agency, 125 Google businesses on 25 websites, priority support with an escalated queue, early access to all new features

## Privacy and hosting
- Application, database and review cache hosted in Germany (EU) on Hetzner; payments via Stripe
- EU-resident data path: Google review data is fetched via OAuth and cached in EU Postgres, never piped live from a US endpoint at display time
- Granular, append-only consent ledger: separate permissions per field (name, photo, company, paid-ads use), each recorded with a timestamp, an IP hash and the exact text shown
- Downloadable DPA, pre-filled with the customer's details, on every plan including Free
- Public sub-processor list
- ReviewMix never edits or deletes Google reviews; the only write operation is a reply the user presses send on
## Status
Early access: built and shipping, run by one founder in Iași, Romania.
