# Orange Slice
> Orange Slice (orangeslice.ai, YC-backed) is an AI-powered B2B prospecting tool: a chat-first smart spreadsheet that finds, qualifies, and enriches leads. You describe an ICP in plain English and columns auto-populate from LinkedIn intelligence, verified emails and phones, firmographics, funding, tech stack and hiring signals, a natural-language browser agent for scraping any site, AI web research, and Google Maps data. Credits are charged only when data is found. It exports to HubSpot, Salesforce, Instantly and CSV, and supports TypeScript columns for custom logic. Users are SDRs, founders doing their own outbound, and RevOps teams.

## Capabilities for agents
Each capability is one outcome with one price, whichever providers it takes to
fulfil. The price below is what a dry run quotes and what the run is charged —
not a range, and not a per-provider tally. Where a capability is billed on a hit,
a miss costs nothing.
Every entry links to a self-contained skill file with its exact parameters,
output schema, curl example and failure codes. No key is needed to read them.

This is the one to use in a pipe — it returns an object the next command can read, where `ai text` returns prose it cannot.

One credit per call, billed whether or not you like the answer — the model did the work either way. Use `ai text_deep` when the fast model is not good enough; it is the same call on a stronger model at ten credits.

Reserves five credits a row from the limit you ask for. For a pay-per-event actor read that as a floor rather than a quote — the real cost is not knowable until the actor has run — and note the hard cap of 20,000 credits, enforced on the run itself, so a runaway is stopped rather than billed.

Splits a free-text address into street, city, state, postal code and country, plus latitude and longitude. Costs 1 credit per address. An address the geocoder cannot match is returned as an error rather than an empty row, and is not billed.

Conventions shared by all of them:
- `--dry-run` prices any run exactly, and spends nothing.
- A run above the spend-gate threshold exits `7` until a plan token approves it,
and only a dry run mints one. An agent cannot skip the estimate.
- Exit codes: 0 ok, 2 bad input, 3 auth, 4 not found, 5 provider, 6 rate limited,
7 spend gate (nothing billed), 8 timeout, 9 a third-party account needs connecting.
- Every run reports what it cost, without being asked. In the default NDJSON
mode that is a summary line on stderr. Under `--json` stdout is one object —
`{success, capability, tier, credits, chargedOn, rows, found, data}`, plus
`errors` when rows failed — and stderr stays empty, so capturing stdout
captures the whole run.
- `credits` is the settled cost, not the reservation: it is computed from what
came back, so a miss on a charge-on-hit capability settles at zero.
