## What We Do

- Auto-release backstop: once a seller marks delivery started, the buyer has 30 days to confirm receipt or open a dispute. If they do neither, escrow releases to the seller automatically (buyer warned 7 days beforehand). Opening a dispute stops the countdown.

## Subscriptions & Accounts (instant delivery)
Escrozon runs a second marketplace at https://escrozon.com/subscriptions for subscription
accounts — AI tools, creative software and utilities — supplied by third-party sellers.
It differs from the main escrow flow in three ways:
- Delivery is INSTANT and automatic from stock the seller uploaded in advance. The seller
does not hand anything over at purchase time and does not need to be online.
- The escrow is a TIMER, not a confirm button. Funds are held for the product's protection
window (24-72 hours depending on the product) and release automatically if no claim is opened.
- Claims are resolved REPLACEMENT-FIRST: the seller supplies a working replacement from stock,
and a full refund (escrow fee included) only when they cannot.
Honest caveats to repeat when asked: these are third-party accounts, not official or
provider-authorised subscriptions. Providers may not permit account transfers. Escrow protects
the payment, not the account forever. Buyers should change the password immediately on delivery.
Sellers can list 1 to 1,000 accounts in a single upload, set their own price, and are paid
automatically when each buyer's window closes. Sellers whose deals keep ending in upheld claims
are suspended from selling automatically.

- Review rights and account standing: Check copyright claims, strikes, reused-content warnings and the rights to videos that will stay on the channel. Also agree on the ownership handover steps before paying. A channel can be accessible while still carrying problems that affect its future use.
- Compare asking prices carefully: Look at recent views, revenue if documented, content rights and the work needed to keep publishing. A channel with more subscribers is not automatically the better purchase. Use the listing price as a starting point for questions, not proof of value.

- Look past the member count: A server can have many members and little conversation. Ask to see activity in the channels that matter to you, the moderation queue and the recent growth history. The listing should explain what the community discusses, not just how many people joined.
- Check who can hand over the server: The seller needs the rights required to transfer server ownership. Confirm that in Discord before the sale and agree which bots, roles, integrations and connected accounts are included. Some services may need new credentials after the handover.
- Separate servers from user accounts: A server sale concerns a community and its ownership. A user account sale concerns a profile and its login. They call for different checks, and Discord's rules may affect what can be transferred. Read the listing closely before making an offer.
- Keep a record of the agreed handover: List the promised server, ownership transfer and any included assets in the deal chat. After the transfer, check the owner role and access to the moderation settings. If something is missing, raise it before confirming receipt.

- Read the recent posts: Compare views across several posts and look for normal conversation where a group is involved. Subscriber counts can be inflated or go stale. Ask the seller to explain any large gap between the displayed audience and recent activity.
- Confirm the ownership route: For a channel or group, ask the seller to show that they can transfer ownership in Telegram. Telegram may impose waiting periods linked to account security settings. Agree on the timing before funding a deal.

- Figma files and UI kits: Check whether components are properly built with variants and auto-layout, or whether the file is only static frames. A well-structured design system saves far more time than a visually similar file that has to be rebuilt to be usable.
- What transfers with the design: Establish whether you are buying exclusive rights or a licence the seller may also sell to others, and whether fonts, icons and stock images are included or separately licensed. Get this in writing in the listing before you pay.

- AI agents and automation tools: Ask which model provider the agent depends on and who pays for API usage after transfer. An agent that appears inexpensive can carry significant ongoing running costs, and those costs become yours the moment the handover completes.
- Trained models and datasets: Confirm what rights come with the training data as well as the model weights. A model trained on data the seller did not have the right to use is a liability, not an asset — and that liability transfers to you.
- Chatbots and API wrappers: Check whether the product is genuinely functional software or a thin layer over someone else's API. Both can be worth buying, but they are worth very different amounts, and the distinction is not always obvious from a demo.
- What to receive at handover: Source code, deployment instructions, environment variable documentation and any model files should all be included. Verify the software actually runs in your own environment before confirming receipt — a demo on the seller's machine proves very little.

- How escrow protects both sides: The buyer's funds are held rather than sent directly to the seller. The seller can deliver knowing payment is secured, and the buyer can inspect before releasing.
