Chottu is a chat assistant that lives inside WhatsApp. There is no app to
install and no form to fill in: a person messages Chottu the way they would
message a friend, in whichever language comes naturally, and Chottu orders
food, shops, finds things, reorders groceries and follows up on what matters.
Chottu is opening gradually: people join the waitlist on chottu.com with a
name and an email, and are let in as places open.

- What is Chottu? Chottu is a helper who lives in your chats. Message it on WhatsApp like you'd message a friend, and it orders food, reorders groceries, finds things to buy and suggests what to cook.
- Do I need to install an app? No. Chottu works inside WhatsApp, so there's nothing to download and no forms to fill. Just send a message.
- Which languages does Chottu understand? Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and English, and mixes like Hinglish too. Write the way you normally do, and Chottu replies in the same language.
- How do I pay? By UPI. Chottu shows you the items, the shop and the total first, and nothing is paid until you approve it. Chottu will never ask for your UPI PIN or OTP.

- Are my chats private? Yes. Chottu uses your messages only to do what you ask, and tells a shop or delivery partner only what they need for your order.
