> Chamelio is the Legal Intelligence Platform for in-house legal teams — replacing legacy CLMs with contract intelligence, workflow automation, and agentic AI in one system of action, instead of five disconnected tools.
Chamelio is built for in-house legal departments, not law firms. We're repositioning what contract management should be — from a system of record to a system of action — by connecting contract intelligence, workflow automation, and agentic AI in one platform. Legal knowledge trapped inside traditional CLMs is fragmented, unsearchable, and underused; Chamelio fixes that. Core capabilities include AI-guided contract review and redlining inside Microsoft Word ("Negotiate"), a smart contract repository that auto-extracts metadata, agentic workflows for end-to-end legal processes, an AI agent for legal research and Q&A grounded in the company's own contracts, and playbook automation that learns from past precedent. Chamelio is SOC 2 Type II compliant and states customer data is never used to train external or public AI models.
