### Is Caribou software or a service?
Both. Caribou is software that runs your transfer pricing, with transfer pricing experts and accountants who own the work and the outcome. You get the speed of software and the judgment of specialists, for one price.
### How is Caribou different from a Big Four firm?
Same expertise, none of the friction. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices for a simple question, no waiting weeks for a reply. The software keeps everything current and your team handles the work as you grow.
### We've got nothing in place. Where do you start?
Wherever you are. Most companies come to us with a rate nobody can explain, or money moving with no agreement behind it. We sort out what's missing and make it watertight, including prior periods.
### Will it hold up in an audit?
Yes. Your agreements, pricing, and documentation follow local rules, and we deal directly with your auditors when questions come up.
### Is this a subscription or a one-off?
A subscription. Your business changes, the rules change, and one-off work goes stale fast. We keep it current year on year, for less than redoing it from scratch each time.
### What countries do you cover?
All major jurisdictions, grounded in OECD guidelines and US rules. Where a country has local quirks, we flag them and work alongside your local advisors.
### What's included after setup?
