# SecureLend
> SecureLend is an AI underwriting service for lenders. A lender puts a deal file in. SecureLend reads it, spreads the financials, applies the lender's own rubric and drafts a credit memo where every number points to a source page. A person makes the credit decision. SecureLend, Inc. is a Delaware corporation.
SecureLend runs beside the loan origination system a lender already uses (for example nCino or a workbook). It is not an LOS and it does not approve loans.
## Who it is for
- Private credit
- Equipment finance
- Factoring and asset-based lending
- Private equity
- Mortgages
- Business loans
- Community banks
## Try it without an account
- [Sample underwriting package built from public SEC filings](https://securelend.ai/v1/guest/packages/gp_lQvc0NCc2bwWKgXaGHHYsGymLzWYXkzj1bk4oJmEnTs/dashboard): hosted package page with spread, ratios, citations and a credit memo. It records no credit decision.
- [MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients](https://mcp.securelend.ai/v1/lender/mcp): OAuth 2.0 with PKCE (S256). Discovery: https://mcp.securelend.ai/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource. The first package for an SEC-listed issuer can run once without an account. The same caller is asked to sign in for another package. A name that is not an SEC-listed issuer does not open a file until a private-company source is connected.
- [Use SecureLend from Claude or ChatGPT](https://securelend.ai/mcp): setup steps.
## MCP tools (lender server)
resolve_listed_company, read_listed_company, open_case, read_case, run_file, run_pack, chase_missing_documents, screen_sanctions, draft_memo_from_file, start_underwriting_package, read_package. start_underwriting_package and read_package can be called without a sign-in. These tools ask for a sign-in: resolve_listed_company, read_listed_company, open_case, read_case, run_file, run_pack, chase_missing_documents, screen_sanctions, draft_memo_from_file. submit_feedback is included in tools/list only when the learning ledger is on for a signed-in tenant. No tool approves a loan.
