## How to crawl this site (read this first)
1. **Start here:** [sitemap.xml](https://sechak.com/sitemap.xml) — complete list of real HTML pages and slugs.
2. **Use locale prefixes:** every page is `https://sechak.com/en/...` or `https://sechak.com/fr/...` (not bare `/services` or `/insights/contact`).
3. **Static pages** (contact, privacy, services list, etc.) live at `/{locale}/{page}` — e.g. `https://sechak.com/en/contact`, **not** under `/insights/` or `/projects/`.
4. **Markdown mirrors** (optional, for article bodies only): take one sitemap URL and append `.md` to the **full path** — see below.
### Invalid URLs (do not request — they will 404)
Do **not** treat placeholders or root files as directories. These patterns are wrong:

There is only one AI index file: **https://sechak.com/llms.txt** (not `llms-full.txt` at the site root).
### Valid markdown mirror format (exactly)
Replace `{locale}`, `{type}`, and `{slug}` with real values from the sitemap:

Rules:
- `{locale}` must be `en` or `fr`.
- `{type}` must be `insights`, `projects`, or `services` only.
- `{slug}` is one path segment (no extra `/` after `.md`).
- Append `.md` to the **HTML URL**, not to `llms.txt` or the domain root.
Canonical HTML pages remain the primary URLs for indexing and citations.
