# Jottoo
> Meeting notes, tasks and AI summaries for solo professionals — paid, privacy-conscious, offline-friendly, and no meeting bot joins your calls.
Jottoo is a paid productivity app for professionals who spend a lot of time in meetings and notes: consultants, sales reps, coaches and other solo operators. Record a meeting, upload a recording, or type notes; Jottoo transcribes, summarises with AI, extracts action items into tracked tasks (including standalone tasks), and keeps everything organised in notes, folders and a calendar workflow. Nothing joins your call — no bot appears for the other participants.
Pricing: every new account includes a 7-day free trial with full access, then $13.99 USD per month (excludes tax). Cancel anytime. There is no free tier and no advertising.
Platforms: web at workspace.jottoo.com, a native iOS app on the Apple App Store (https://apps.apple.com/app/id6794615454) and a native Android app on Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jottoo.notes).
Privacy: unnecessary sharing is minimised, synced note fields are encrypted, third-party providers are used only for transcription and AI when needed, and there is no ad tracking or data brokering. The interactive demo runs with sample content in the browser and needs no account.
