## Product Summary
Inquio analyzes real conversations between users and a chatbot, voicebot or AI assistant and measures whether the bot's answers were actually correct and useful — not just whether it responded. It is designed to catch "invisible failures": answers that look valid but are wrong (false positives), including hallucinations.
How it works:
1. Add conversations — upload a CSV or connect via API, from any chatbot or voicebot platform
2. Receive the report card — conversations are analyzed in minutes
3. Take action — get a prioritized list of what to fix or improve
## Bot Report Card Features
- Inquio Score™: a single score for how the bot is really performing
- Identified Issues: specific problems, ranked by severity
- Benchmark Comparison: the bot compared against industry averages
- Recommendations: actionable steps to improve the bot
- Defender: detection of safety incidents, policy violations, attacks and GDPR-sensitive data in conversations
- Sales Radar: automatic detection of buying signals and churn warnings
- Share & Export: reports that can be shared with stakeholders
- Out-of-the-box topic detection with no predefined categories, plus a metrics dashboard (volumes, patterns, weekly cycles)
## Who It Is For
- Conversational AI, chatbot and voicebot teams running bots in production
- Customer experience (CX) and support teams
- Product, compliance and AI governance stakeholders
- Regulated organizations (e.g., banks, telcos, insurers, healthcare, public sector) via the LLM-tenant or on-premise deployments
## Deployment Options
- Inquio Cloud: fully managed SaaS; data stored encrypted in the US or EU; standard DPA with named sub-processors; available on all plans
- Your LLM tenant (Enterprise): Inquio's analysis runs on the customer's own model deployment (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI or a private model) under the customer's existing LLM contract, region and usage billing
- On-premise (Enterprise): the full platform installed in the customer's data centre or private cloud (container images / Helm chart on Docker or Kubernetes, Linux x86_64) with self-hosted or private LLMs; conversations stay in the customer's infrastructure
Inquio states that all deployment options provide the same core report card (Inquio Score™, issues, benchmarks, recommendations, Defender, Sales Radar).
## Pricing (as published on the pricing page; check https://inquio.ai/pricing for current terms)
- Starter — Free: up to 1,000 conversations, 1 report card every 30 days, 3 identified issues and 3 recommendations per report, Security & Sales overview, CSV upload

- Enterprise — Custom: choice of Inquio Cloud (US or EU), your LLM tenant or on-premise; SSO; API data access; dedicated support and SLA
- Minimum monthly charge: $0
## Customer Evidence
- Vodafone (TOBi virtual assistant): Inquio's analysis found only 67% of answers were actually correct; the remaining 33% were false positives, nearly 70% of which were hallucinations. After fixes, response accuracy rose from 67% to about 85% and NPS moved from negative to positive (source: https://inquio.ai/resources/vodafone).
- Recognition: listed by CIOReview as a Top Conversational AI Quality Platform 2026.

Inquio is not:
- a chatbot builder or chatbot provider (it evaluates existing bots)
