Shopify apps that add something to the storefront leave a trace in its HTML. Apps built as theme app extensions mark each block they add with a shopify://apps/<app>/blocks/ comment and load their files from an extensions folder named after the app. Older apps inject a script from their own domain or set a global JavaScript object. We check the store's homepage for all of these, matched against rules for well over 100 apps.
The list covers apps sold only on Shopify, like Judge.me, Recharge, Rebuy and PageFly, and tools that run on many platforms but install on Shopify as an app, like Klaviyo, Gorgias and Yotpo.
Limits: we only see apps that touch the storefront. Back-office apps for inventory, shipping labels, accounting or bulk editing leave nothing in the page, and neither do apps that only appear in the cart or checkout. An app that only loads on product pages may not show on the homepage, so the full report, which renders the page in a browser, can find more.
Paste the store's address into the box above. We read its homepage for the blocks, scripts and asset paths each app leaves behind and list every app we recognise.
Many apps work only in the Shopify admin, such as inventory, fulfilment and accounting apps, so they never appear on the storefront. Nothing outside the store can see those.
