# AskDeck
> The AI presentation agent. Brief an AI agent named Eric by voice call, SMS,
> email, or web — he interviews you, writes the narrative, designs every slide,
> and delivers an editable PowerPoint you own outright, plus a synchronized
> narrated video of the deck if you want one. Developers can also connect an AI assistant — Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT — directly over MCP, or build against a REST API.

## What it does
AskDeck is an AI agent you brief, not a slide editor you operate. Describe
what you need (pitch deck, sales proposal, investor update, consulting deck,
etc.) through any channel — voice call, SMS, web form, or email — and an AI
agent named Eric interviews you, writes the narrative, designs every slide,
and delivers a watermarked preview. From the same brief he can also produce a
synchronized narrated video of the finished deck — script, voiceover, and
slides timed together. Pay $29 one-time to download the clean PowerPoint
file, or subscribe at $99 per month for 3 decks per month with revisions.
## How it works
1. Brief Eric — AskDeck's AI agent — by voice, SMS, web, or email.
2. Get a watermarked preview in minutes.
3. Pay once to download the editable .pptx — yours to keep.
4. Want it presented? Eric produces a synchronized narrated video of the same
deck, from the same brief.
## Key features
- Multi-channel intake: voice, SMS, web, email
- AI-guided brief interview (Eric asks the follow-up questions)
- Professional PowerPoint (.pptx) output — not just images
- Synchronized narrated video of the deck, produced from the same brief
- Generates original, on-topic in-deck imagery where it helps
- Finish / reformat an existing deck: upload your own deck to polish the formatting, reformat it into your master template, or build it out from your content and intent
- Multilingual: generate a deck in any of 12 languages, or translate a finished deck into up to five at once (Pro/Teams), design intact
- Watermarked preview before payment
- A free revision included on Pro and Teams (then a small credit spend); on the Free plan each revision is a small flat charge. Paid plans also include a brand kit, deck library, and no watermark
- Revisions keep the deck and video aligned
- Brand kit with theme extraction (from an old deck, or your website URL on Pro/Teams) — brand colors enforced in the generated file
- Version history: compare revisions side by side and restore earlier versions
- Team plans with shared brand kits
- Share a deck with a link — no account needed to view, revoke or rotate anytime
- Asset-import integrations (connect Google Drive from Settings → Integrations)
- Export and GDPR-compliant data deletion
- MCP server and REST API: connect Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or your own code directly — open to every account, no waitlist
- Enterprise (agent-as-a-service): SSO/SAML, org-wide admin + audit, a dedicated org phone + SMS line, pooled credits, a signed DPA, a no-training guarantee, and connectors for the tools your company runs on (Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, SharePoint, Box) — tailored to your organization. ## FAQ
Q: Do I own the file?
A: Yes — you download a native, editable .pptx you keep forever.
Q: Is it real PowerPoint or just images?
A: A real .pptx with editable shapes and text, not a PDF or screenshot.
Q: How do I brief you?
A: Voice call, SMS, the web form, or email — whatever's easiest.
Q: Can an AI assistant use AskDeck directly?
A: Yes — connect Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT over MCP, or build against the REST API. Both are open to every account and spend the same credits the app does. See Developers below.
Q: Can I make changes after the preview?
A: Yes — Pro and Teams include a free revision per deck, then a small credit spend; on the Free plan each revision is a small flat charge.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Every deck is previewed free before you pay, so all sales are final except where required by law.
Q: Is there a subscription?
A: Yes — Pro is $99/month and Teams is $299/month. You can also skip subscribing entirely: preview any deck free and pay $29 once to keep it.
Q: How is AskDeck different from AI presentation makers and slide editors?
A: Those are apps you operate — you prompt, then arrange and polish slides yourself. AskDeck is an agent: you brief Eric by phone, text, email, or web, and a finished editable PowerPoint (and a narrated video, if you want one) comes back. Revisions happen by telling him what to change.
Q: Can it turn my deck into a video?
A: Yes — Eric produces a synchronized narrated video of the deck from the same brief: script, voiceover, and slides timed together. Revisions keep the deck and video aligned.
