## What is Tiny Startups?
Tiny Startups (tinystartups.com) is a free startup launch platform, startup directory, and Product Hunt alternative built for founders and indie hackers. Launches compete on a weekly Monday–Sunday leaderboard in front of 20,000+ early adopters, and every startup keeps a permanent listing page with a DR 70 backlink. It combines the launch feed with a searchable Tools Directory of 944+ software tools across AI, marketing, productivity, design, developer tools, and more.
Key features:
- **Launch feed** — 3819+ approved startups have launched here; sorted by upvotes and recency
- **Tools Directory** — 944+ curated tools with editorial reviews, pricing info, and star ratings
- **Deals** — lifetime deals and discounts on startup tools
- **Startup Canvas** — a collaborative whiteboard for early-stage founders
- **Free launch** — founders can submit their startup for free; paid upgrades are optional
## Pricing
Launching is free. There are no submission tiers — a free listing and a paid one
are the same listing, and paid add-ons are optional extras bought at submission
or later from the dashboard. Anything below that you cannot find on
https://www.tinystartups.com/submit or https://www.tinystartups.com/membership is not something Tiny Startups sells.
- **Free launch** — £0. Permanent listing page, weekly Monday–Sunday leaderboard,
no card required. Free listings embed a "Launched on Tiny Startups" badge.
- **Skip the queue** — £99. Launches in the next Monday batch instead of waiting.
Required alongside any other paid upgrade.
- **DR 70+ do-follow backlink** — £99. Permanent do-follow link from the listing.
- **4× partner backlinks** — £199. Four do-follow links from DR 20–60 partner sites.
- **Newsletter feature** — £149. Featured in one newsletter to 20,000+ founders.
- **SEO review article** — £99. A 1,000+ word editorial review of the product.
- **Boosts** — £29 / £129 / £199, depending on duration.
- **Membership** — £299/year. Unlimited launches, every launch skips the queue,
one featured homepage spot per year (30-day pin, newsletter mention), up to 5
do-follow links from the member's profile, member badge. Member listings
link out nofollow like any free listing.
There are no "Featured Listing" or "Premium Listing" tiers. Those were retired
and replaced by the per-upgrade pricing above; any source quoting a $199
"Featured Listing" or a $499 "Premium Listing" is out of date. Backlinks are
DR 70+, not DR 60+.
