# Snitch > A Slack bot that builds and maintains a company Org Chart by asking every person one question: who do you report to. Snitch installs into a Slack workspace, sends each member a single direct message asking who they report to, and assembles the answers into an Org Chart. The chart is hosted per workspace behind Slack sign-in, and the bot answers natural language questions about it inside Slack. It needs no HR system, no admin sync and no import, because it asks the people directly. It also flags its own defects: reporting loops, people whose manager has left, and multiple people at the top. Operated by Boon IT SRL, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. ## Pages - [Home](https://snitchforslack.com): what Snitch does, how it works, and the FAQ - [Pricing](https://snitchforslack.com/pricing): the three plans, what counts as headcount, and what the trial includes - [Live Demo](https://snitchforslack.com/demo): a finished Org Chart on a fictional company, nothing to install - [About](https://snitchforslack.com/about): who builds Snitch, who the customer contracts with, and why it exists - [Contact](https://snitchforslack.com/contact): how to reach a human, and who and where they are - [Privacy Policy](https://snitchforslack.com/privacy): what is collected, sub-processors, retention, and data subject rights - [Terms of Service](https://snitchforslack.com/terms): the service, fees, acceptable use, liability and governing law ## Pricing - Starter: €19/month. Up to 50 people. - Growth: €39/month. 51 to 100 people. - Scale: €59/month. 101 to 200 people. All plans include every feature. Every installation starts with a 14 day free trial and no card is required. ## What Snitch can and cannot see - Reads the Slack member directory: names, display names, email addresses, avatars and job titles. - Reads only the direct messages sent to Snitch itself. It never reads channels, files, huddles or anyone else's direct messages, and has not requested the Slack permissions that would allow it. - Holds no salary, compensation, performance or disciplinary data. - Charts are visible only to signed-in members of the same Slack workspace. There are no public charts and no secret-link charts.
