# Spelt
> An AI venture builder. You bring an idea; an AI team researches the market,

## What it is
You bring an insight: deep knowledge of a field, or a sharp idea about a problem
worth solving. An AI cofounder and its team do the rest. They research the market,
design the company, write the code, get the product live on its own domain,
switch on payments, and then go after your first paying customer. You own the
business and make the calls that need a founder.
## Who it is for
People with an insight who do not have the time, the technical skills, or the
budget to assemble a team. No code required.
## What it costs
Research, design and build are free. You work with your AI cofounder on the brief,
get the market research and the landing page, and pay nothing to have the
first version built.
Launching costs 29 USD per month, hosting included. That is what you pay to
iterate on the product, put it live on its own domain with payments switched
on, and keep it running.
Three plans: Starter 29, Growth 79, Scale 199 USD per month; they differ
only in monthly credits. Paying every 3 months: 3 months for the price of 2.
There is no yearly plan.
Our platform fee is 5% of every sale, from the first one. Past $1,000/month in
revenue the $29 subscription stops and the fee is all we charge. Card processing
is Stripe's and is charged on top, so you keep about 90-91%.
Every subscription comes with 30 days money back, no questions asked. Full
conditions are in the Terms of Service.
## How it works
1. Tell your AI cofounder the idea, in plain words. Its team researches the market and
designs the company. You approve the direction.
2. It gets built and launched: the code is written, the product goes live on its
own domain, and payments are switched on. Hosting is included.
3. Go after customer one. The team runs real campaigns and brings back what it
learns.
4. Grow the company. It tests new channels and improves the product from real
usage, bringing you the calls that scale it.
## What the AI team does after launch
Unlike an AI website builder, the work does not stop when the product is live.
Seven growth channels are run for you: email outreach, articles that rank, your
own network, community posting, a page for every search, Google Ads, and
Instagram and Facebook ads. The product also improves itself, shipping features
and fixes from real usage every week.
## What you own
You own what gets built. The code, the intellectual property, the brand and your
customer data are assigned to you from the moment they exist, and if you leave
you can export all of it and deploy it independently.
It runs on our infrastructure for speed: hosting, domain and payments through
our Stripe. The domain is registered for your venture and it is yours. You
control your customers' data; we process it under confidentiality to help you
grow, and restricted access is available on request.
