# Astute
> Astute is a B2B new media platform. It connects B2B companies with the
> newsletter writers, podcasters and social creators their buyers already
> follow, and runs the partnership end to end: matching, outreach,
> negotiation, contracts, scheduling, payment and reporting.
Astute was founded in 2025 by Vida Stanic (Co-Founder and CEO) and is based in
London. It raised an oversubscribed pre-seed of EUR 1.03M (USD 1.2M) backed by
Flyer One Ventures, Silicon Gardens, The Marathon Fund and Entrepreneurs
Roundtable Accelerator. The creator network covers 16,000+ vetted B2B creators
across newsletters, podcasts, LinkedIn and X.
Companies set a budget, approve every creator before anything is booked, and
receive one invoice. Reporting covers five measures: reach, engagement,
conversions, AI visibility and earned media value.
