# GuildNest

> GuildNest is an all-in-one guild management platform for MMO players. Guild leaders organize events, distribute loot fairly with DKP systems, manage members with custom ranks, sync everything with Discord and plan character builds in one place. It is built for massively multiplayer online game communities that need more than Discord and spreadsheets, works with any MMO and ships dedicated item databases for Throne and Liberty and Aion 2.

Plans: Free Pass is free forever and covers up to 40 members in one guild, roster and sign-ups, simple events, the application system, builds with the full item database and the Discord bot on one server. Guild Master (EUR 3.99/month) raises that to 100 members and 3 guilds, adds event series and templates, simple DKP, auto attendance and the bot on 3 servers. War Council (EUR 16.99/month) removes the member and guild limits and adds multi-raid and split-run logic, EPGP with auto decay, full analytics, the alliance system and Tactic Hub. Annual billing saves 20 percent.

Feature areas: event scheduling with recurring series, DKP-based loot distribution with several modes (simple roll, DKP balance, DKP earned, time since last loot, need-based fairness scoring), Discord bot integration (event posts with sign-up buttons, slash commands, loot announcements, reaction roles, ticketing), a build planner, item databases, member management with custom ranks and recruitment, a guild bank with transaction logging, and attendance and fairness statistics.

The fairness scoring is what sets GuildNest apart: loot distribution is evaluated across weighted factors, in Performance mode attendance (50%), DKP balance (30%) and tenure (20%), in Need mode wishlist items (40%), gear gap to the guild average (35%) and time since last loot (25%). Guild leaders can configure custom weights across ten factors.

Data is hosted in Frankfurt (Hetzner), GDPR compliant, and can be exported at any time as CSV, XLSX, ODS, JSON or PDF. GuildNest is developed and maintained by DARCDESIGN and is available in English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Russian.
