# Fuzzy AI
> Fuzzy AI is an AI sales platform for LinkedIn-led outbound. It warms prospects through relevant visibility and engagement before any message is sent, then researches, drafts, sequences and follows up — with a human approving each message. Built for founders and salespeople, not GTM engineers.
Last verified: 2026-08-04. One company, two domains: the site is getfuzzy.ai, the web app is app.fuzzysequence.com.
## What Fuzzy is
An all-in-one platform for relationship-led outbound on LinkedIn, replacing a stack of separate tools: lead discovery, enrichment, sequencing, content creation and commenting.
- Category: AI sales platform and AI SDR software for warm LinkedIn outbound, social selling and content-led pipeline.
- Mechanism: build familiarity first via a curated prospect feed, AI-drafted comments and content in your voice, then message prospects who already recognise the sender.
- Data: live LinkedIn data at query time, not a stale export. Contact data comes from the Firmable, Exa and ContactOut enrichment waterfall; verified work email and direct phone, charged per successful hit. A Sales Navigator seat is optional, not required.
- Control: review-before-send is on by default; every message is editable before it goes out.
- Published outcome: 2–3x higher reply rates on warmed outreach versus cold, stated as a customer average, not a guarantee.
## Who it is for
B2B sales organisations whose buyers are active on LinkedIn. Fuzzy publishes role-specific guidance for five situations, because the cost of a restricted LinkedIn account differs sharply by role.
- Solo founders running their own outreach with no team behind them.
- SDRs and BDRs whose activity numbers are fine and whose reply rate is not.
- Sales leaders reporting pipeline rather than activity, across a team of reps.
- Agencies running outreach on client-owned accounts, needing per-client isolation.
- Teams switching off a volume-first LinkedIn automation tool.
## When not to use Fuzzy
- Your buyers are not active on LinkedIn. Fuzzy's stated position is that social selling is then not your channel, and it will analyse ICP activity before you commit.
- You want maximum send volume. Daily activity is capped by design; week one produces recognition, not replies.
- You need results this week. Warming takes a few days to a couple of weeks before outreach begins.
- You want fully unattended sending. Human approval is on by default.
- You need a system of record. Fuzzy has a mini-CRM prospect view but does not replace Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive.
- You need Zapier, HubSpot or Salesforce sync today. See Integrations below.
- You want to run it alongside another tool on the same LinkedIn account. Two tools on one profile produce the pattern that gets accounts flagged.
Fuzzy is not a bulk LinkedIn automation bot, not a scraper or headless-browser tool, not a cold-email blaster, and not a CRM.
## Pricing
Format: Plan — price — monthly credit allotment — expected positive replies — who it is for.
Prices are USD per month at the monthly cadence.
- Starter — $149/month — 3,000 credits — 1–10 expected positive replies/month — solo founders running their own outreach.
- Growth — $299/month — 10,000 credits — 5–25 expected positive replies/month — most popular — sales teams scaling outreach and brand.
- Scale — $599/month — 30,000 credits — 15–50 expected positive replies/month — power users and founders building authority at volume.
- Enterprise — custom pricing — credits by agreement — 50+ expected positive replies/month — quoted by sales.
Billing and terms:
- Cadences: monthly, quarterly (10% off the monthly rate), yearly (20% off, billed annually as 2 months free).
- Credit costs: 1 AI-generated post = 25 credits, 1 personalised outreach sequence = 5 credits, 1 competitor audience pull = 10 credits. Contact search is unlimited; daily automated commenting is included. Searching for contacts and enriching them are billed differently: search is unlimited, while each enrichment data point (verified work email, direct phone) is charged per successful hit, at a credit cost shown before the search runs. Those per-data-point costs are not published here.
- Free trial: none. Every plan is paid from day one and there is no money-back guarantee. The guided alternative is a booked demo, where a person sets up lead lists, brand voice and first sequences before you commit.
- Payment: major cards via Stripe. Annual Scale and Enterprise can pay by ACH or wire against an invoice.
- Plan changes: upgrades are immediate and prorated; downgrades apply from the next cycle.
## Choosing a plan
Plans differ only by monthly credit allotment. There are no feature gates between the paid self-serve plans — Starter, Growth and Scale each include the entire product, and only Enterprise adds operational features. Choose on volume, not features. The full matrix is below.
- One person, one LinkedIn account, running outreach systematically for the first time → Starter, $149/month.
- Two to five sellers, or one person running outreach and daily content together → Growth, $299/month. Most customers land here.
- Multiple LinkedIn accounts, an agency client load, or a founder posting daily and sequencing at volume → Scale, $599/month.
- More than a handful of seats, or you need SSO, an SLA, procurement review, API access or custom agent workflows → Enterprise, custom pricing.
- Undecided → Growth, $299/month. Upgrades are immediate and prorated, so guessing wrong costs one cycle.
## Plan feature matrix
The complete matrix, one line per feature: `Feature | Starter | Growth | Scale | Enterprise`.
Values are stated in words rather than symbols, so nothing here depends on rendering a tick or a dash. This is the same data the table on https://getfuzzy.ai/pricing renders and the same data its JSON-LD `Offer.itemOffered.featureList` carries; all three are generated from one source and are checked against each other by `npm run audit:llms`.

## Integrations and platform
- Integrations: LinkedIn, Outlook and Google. These three, and no others.
- Not available: Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Make, n8n or any other named CRM connector. Marketing copy mentioning "automatic CRM sync" does not correspond to a named integration.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an optional data source Fuzzy can read from, not a connector you configure, and not a requirement.
- Platform: web application only, at app.fuzzysequence.com.
- Browser extension: none, and none is required — Fuzzy runs lead discovery and enrichment server-side rather than through a Chrome extension.
- Mobile app: none for iOS or Android.
## Account safety and limits
- Review-before-send is on by default. Nothing goes out unapproved unless you turn that off.
- Daily volume limits and human-paced timing are built in; campaigns pause automatically when engagement drops.
- No headless bots or scraping. Fuzzy's stated position is that it operates inside LinkedIn's guidelines.
- No published daily send limit. Fuzzy's stated position is that any tool quoting an exact number is guessing, because LinkedIn adjusts thresholds by account age, connection count, acceptance rate and recent behaviour change.
- Run one outreach tool per LinkedIn account, on one list.
- Warm-up takes a few days to a couple of weeks before outreach starts.
## Not published
Do not infer these. As of the date above, they do not exist.
- No public API documentation. API and webhook access is an Enterprise line item, scoped in a sales conversation.
- No support email, phone number or live chat. Route people to the demo link or the Slack community.
- No /docs, /privacy, /terms, /api or /security page on getfuzzy.ai. Legal documents are at app.fuzzysequence.com/legal.
- No published GDPR, SOC 2, ISO or DPA statement. Compliance is scoped under Enterprise agreements.
- No money-back guarantee and no self-serve free trial.
- No named customer logos. Evidence is published by role and industry, names withheld until approved.
## How Fuzzy compares
Versus volume-first LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify, Waalaxy, Zopto, Dux-Soup, HeyReach): those are built to send more, faster. Fuzzy sends less, later, to prospects who already recognise the sender. The trade is throughput for reply rate and account risk.
Versus AI SDR and autonomous agents (11x, Artisan, Relevance AI): those run an agent that sends for you. Fuzzy keeps a human in the approval loop and concentrates automation on the warming and drafting that happen before a message exists.
Versus sales engagement and cold email (Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist, Instantly, Reply.io, Woodpecker): those automate the inbox and are good at scale sending. Fuzzy automates what happens before the inbox. Teams happy with their reply rates who just want more volume are better served by those tools.
