# Arkor
> Arkor is managed Next.js hosting that serves each page’s cached shell from Cloudflare’s CDN and streams the dynamic parts. Built for Partial Prerendering and Cache Components, it supports Next.js 16.3 to 16.x and is in public alpha.
Every documentation page is also available as Markdown: append `.md` to its path
(for example `/docs/index.md` or `/ja/docs/getting-started/quickstart.md`).
## Key facts
- Arkor is in public alpha. It serves cached shells from Cloudflare’s CDN and streams dynamic content.
- Next.js 16.3 to 16.x is officially supported. Next.js 16.2 generally works but is not guaranteed. Builds use Turbopack; webpack builds are not supported except for static exports.
- Pro costs $20 per month per team and includes $20 in monthly usage. Usage above the included credit is billed at the published rates. There are no per-seat fees.
- Data transfer, function invocations, and image caching are free and unmetered. Metered resources are CDN / Edge Requests, Edge Request CPU, Active CPU, Image Transformations, Build Machine time, ISR Reads, ISR Writes, and Inspectable ISR Writes.
- Cache Inspector is an optional $100-per-month, per-team add-on. Up to $100 of that month's usage charges are covered in addition to Pro's credit. Recording is enabled per project for new deployments. Enabled projects use Inspectable ISR Write rates instead of standard ISR Write rates; disabled projects record no history and incur no additional usage charges.
- Projects can explicitly register Workers AI inference bindings alongside storage. The SDK exposes only run(model, inputs) for approved public models; Gateway, external providers, private LoRA, Batch and WebSockets are not supported. AI costs $0.011 per 1,000 Neurons, with only exact settled readings billed. Shared account free allowances are not duplicated per customer. Spend limits stop new inference. Local inference requires explicit upwind dev --remote-ai and the developer’s own Cloudflare account. AI publication requires verified host metering.
- Projects can have KV namespaces, D1 databases, R2 buckets and SQLite-backed Durable Object namespaces of their own, created new by Arkor; bringing in existing storage or its data is not supported, nor is using your own Cloudflare account. Their usage is counted from Cloudflare’s analytics at Cloudflare’s unit rates, listed on the pricing page. Billing begins when the team’s subscription includes each meter.
- Deployment uses GitHub. A push to the production branch creates a production deployment; other branches have branch previews, not one preview per pull request.
- Arkor supports Node.js compatibility and allows 128 MB of memory per instance. WebSockets, native Node.js addons, node:vm, and computed require calls are not supported. See the support guide for the complete requirements and limits.
- Build caching, instant rollback, usage alerts, and region selection are not currently available.
- upwind is the open-source Next.js adapter. Arkor is the managed hosting service; the open-source description applies to the adapter, not the whole platform.
