# Remocn Studio
> Describe the video you want. Remocn Studio turns it into a real Remotion project — live preview while the agent works, mp4 when it's done.
Remocn Studio is a free desktop app for macOS (13 or later, Apple silicon or Intel). It runs on the coding-agent subscription you already have (Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot or Grok), with no API key and no separate bill. Every video is a real Remotion project in a folder on your disk.

### What is Remocn Studio?
A desktop app for macOS where an AI agent makes videos for you. You describe the video, the agent builds it as a real Remotion project, you watch the preview update live and export an mp4 when it looks right.
### Is this another AI video generator?
No. Tools like Sora or Runway generate pixels — you get a clip you can't change. Remocn Studio writes motion design as code: every scene is editable, every text is crisp at any resolution, and rendering the same project twice gives the same video.
### Do I need to know how to code?
No. You talk to the agent, point at elements on the video, and approve what it does. The code stays there for those who want it — but you never have to open it.
### What is Remotion?
A framework for making videos with React, used in production by thousands of developers. It's what makes the output a real project instead of a proprietary file — anything Remotion can render, your agent can build.
### Can I use my own footage and brand assets?
Yes. Save clips, images, audio and finished animations to the library once, then tell the agent to use them — in any project, as many times as you want.
### What do I need to run it?
A Mac and a subscription for the coding agent you already use — Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or Grok. No API key, no separate token bill — Studio runs on the subscription you already pay for.
### How much does it cost?
