# Duvi

> Every question answered, every lead kept. Duvi speaks for your business on your website, WhatsApp and phone, in your voice, while you get on with your day.

You describe an agent in natural language and Duvi configures it. It answers from knowledge you give it, files and websites you add, rather than from general world knowledge, and it has to be able to point at a source for anything it presents. It reaches customers on your website through a chat widget, on WhatsApp, and on a phone number you already own. Through connectors and HTTP actions you define, it can look things up in services you already use and write to your own endpoints while the conversation is happening. New accounts begin with five free credits, followed by pay-as-you-go usage. Building and configuring an agent does not consume credits.
