# ChoreDivider > ChoreDivider is an iPhone app (iOS 17 or later) that splits household chores fairly between couples, roommates and families. Everyone privately rates how draining each chore feels to them (1-10); the ratings stay sealed until everyone has rated. Each day the app hands out the chores so that everyone's share over 14 days comes out even - in minutes, or in effort if the household wants draining chores to count heavier. Every assignment shows why it is fair. There are no points and no levels. Free to start; the optional Household Pass is bought once for the whole household in the App Store. Made by Peter Esser, an indie developer in Germany. ## Pages - [ChoreDivider (English)](https://choredivider.com/): what the app does, how the split works, FAQ - [ChoreDivider (Deutsch)](https://choredivider.com/de): die gleiche Seite auf Deutsch - [ChoreDivider (Italiano)](https://choredivider.com/it): la stessa pagina in italiano (legal pages in English) - [Blog](https://choredivider.com/blog): posts on sharing a household fairly, from the developer (German: https://choredivider.com/de/blog, Italian: https://choredivider.com/it/blog) - [App Store listing](https://apps.apple.com/app/id6766110457): download, price, reviews - [Privacy policy](https://choredivider.com/privacy): household data stays in the user's iCloud; anonymous, optional usage statistics - [Terms of use](https://choredivider.com/terms) - [Contact](https://choredivider.com/contact)
